Visualisation plastic industry

In the following application example the processes of a silo arrangement, scales and mixers were integrated in a common project. For the automation Siemens S7-318 was used. The coupling occurs about a Siemens OPC server to the OPC client interface of the visualisation, to an IPC with Touchpanel. About this Panel the recipes are given and supervised.  

The settings of the machines and recipes can be given simply and fast.

The evaluations for the quality assurance or to the company data capture will hand over product oriented to external data bank applications (ORACLE), so that the traceability can be guaranteed.

For service purposes we offer a worldwide distant servicing of the arrangement about modem, ISDN or VPN.

Visu + BDE plastic industry 

In the following application example the data of printers are grasped. In the visualisation one can read the Durchsatz of the topical minute and the projection for the running hour. The data are grasped about a Siemens S7-200 control and are transmitted by OPC connection to the process leading system.

For the quality assurance or to the company data capture the data are made available cyclically to an Oracle data bank. With it are grasped the extent of utilisation and the Rückverfolgbarkeit are guaranteed.
